A. Architectural Schematic Design

The architectural schematic design is the first and most creative step in designing your home.

Ideal for preliminary design, solution selection and submission for construction bids.

Includes:

• Topographic Plan (scale 1:200) - Drawing that depicts the position of the building within the plot, as well as its relationship with the immediate surroundings of the plot.
• Floor Plans (scale 1:100) - Drawings of each level, showing room sizes and layout.
• Elevations (scale 1:100) - Exterior views of the building, conveying the design concept.
• Sections (scale 1:100) - Cross-sections of the building, illustrating heights and level relations.
• 3D Model - A digital architectural model showcasing the building's overall appearance in three dimensions.
• Cost Estimation - A preliminary estimate of the total construction cost.

Estimated time: 1-2 months

Fee: €500 - €3.000

B. Architectural Design for Building Permit Issuance

Complete architectural design according to the requirements of the urban planning authority, for submission to the e-Adeies platform.

This study is incorporated into the building permit application file.

Includes:

1. Architectural Drawings & Architectural Supervision Signature

• Building Coverage Scheme (scale 1:200/1:100)
• Floor Plans, Elevations, Sections (scale 1:50)
• Photorealistic Renderings (4K resolution)
• Technical & Justification Report
• Signing of the architectural design and undertaking supervision of the architectural works

2. Collaboration with engineers for the building permit issuance

The building permit includes other necessary studies (Structural, Energy Performance - KENAK, Fire Protection, Electrical/Mechanical, etc.) as well as the coordination and submission of the file on the e-Adeies platform.

These studies are assigned to engineers (or a collaborating technical office), with whom coordination is done for the approval of the building permit.

If you do not already have a collaborator, we can recommend experienced engineers in your area.

Estimated time: 1-3 months

Fee: €20 - €30 per sq.m.
